Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. Tickets will only be refunded in the case of event cancellation.

Abbfest reserves the right to refuse the ticket holder(s) admission to the venue, and does not take responsibility for duplicate tickets. Your online ticket has a unique barcode, please do not make or distribute multiple copies as only the first person to use the ticket at the entrance to our venue will be given access.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the site, you consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.

Full weekend ticket holders will only be issued with a single wristband for the duration of the event. Keep it on.

Dogs are permitted in the dogs’ only area, (with the exception of registered assistance dogs).

Fireworks, Barbecues, open fires and Chinese Lanterns are not permitted.

Be prepared to show valid ID - Challenge 25 policy in operation

No illegal substances or weapons are permitted on site

No alcohol or glass other than that purchased from within the site from our official outlets is permitted - bags will be searched on entry.

Smoking is not permitted within the marquee(s) or on the bus transportation provided.

Please use the bins provided - including cigarette ends.

Anti-social behaviour, including driving, will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund

All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

Parents are fully responsible for their children at all times.

We do not accept any liability for unaccompanied under 18s on any part of the site.

The email address used at the time of purchase will be added to our mailing list. We send out emails containing important communications and information about the event. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of one of our emails, but please be aware that if you do, you may miss important event related communications.
